There were three statewide referendum questions. Voters said they do want to bar the governor from using a partial veto to create or raise taxes or fees. They did not want to prohibit ordering the closure of places of worship during declared emergencies. Voters also wanted to prohibit discrimination or preferential treatment based on race or sex.
